These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of kyfezh.com (the “Site”) and all purchases made through our store.
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Registered under Dutch law. All transactions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and applicable European Union regulations.
2. Products & Availability
KYFEZH offers a combination of made-to-order items, limited releases, and standard products.
Certain items are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.
We aim to display products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, detail, or finish may occur.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the website are shown in EUR.
For orders shipped outside the European Union (EU), additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the costumer.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
4. Order Processing
Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
For made-to-order or limited items, additional handling or production time may apply. This will be indicated where relevant.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as PostNL and DHL.
Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 2–6 business days
- International: 5–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing or carrier delays.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Returns and cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Customers within the European Union may be eligible for a 14-day return period for standard products.
Made-to-order and limited items are generally non-returnable, except in cases of defects.
Customers outside the EU may request support, but returns are not automatically accepted.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, designs, images, and text, is the property of KYFEZH.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Liability
KYFEZH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
