Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure efficient handling. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or adjusted.
We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns — European Union

If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be included

Made-to-Order & Limited Items

Certain KYFEZH items are produced on demand or released in strictly limited quantities.

These items are non-returnable, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • Limited edition releases

Returns — Outside the European Union

For customers outside the European Union, returns are not automatically accepted.
